The way we like to do it

We challenge you to prepare this gourmet recipe that will leave everyone speechless!

Ingredients:
🥩Aberdeen Angus Sired Hand-Cut Tartare by You&Meat
🍋Unwaxed lemon
🧂Salted capers
🫒Extra virgin olive oil

Mustard cream:
🫙50g Dijon mustard
🍯50g honey
🌽half teaspoon of cornstarch
🍶soy sauce

Dissolve the cornstarch in 15 grams of water and heat. Add soy sauce, mustard, and honey, then thicken and let cool.

🥚Cured egg yolk
Mix 1 cup of salt and half a cup of sugar and put half of this mixture at the bottom of a container. Place the yolks on top and cover with the remaining salt and sugar mixture. After 10 days, the yolk is ready to be grated!
